Our Standard Cleaning Process

1. PRE-SPRAY

In this crucial step, a specialized cleaning solution is carefully applied to the carpeted or upholstered surfaces to loosen and dissolve dirt and stains. The solution is left to act for a few minutes to maximize its effectiveness before moving on to the next step.

2. AGITATION

To ensure that the cleaning solution penetrates deep into the carpet and binds to stains and dirt, an agitation process is incorporated. This step helps break up and loosen dirt and stains that have stuck to the carpet fibers. During this step we will treat any stains that you point out to us and attempt to remove them using a large selection of carpet spot removers.

3. EXTRACTION

Finally, a hot water extraction process is used to extract the detergent and dirt from the carpet. The steam penetrates the fibers and lifts dirt and stains, which are removed by the machine's suction. This step removes residue from the cleaning solution, leaving the carpet fresh and free of pet-and-family-friendly detergent.
